Applications are invited for one temporary post of Sr. Library Information Assistant (SLIA) in scheme (Project Mode) at Central Library, IIT Mandi.
The essential and desirable qualifications proposed for this post may be as mentioned below:
- Bachelor's degree (B. Library) or equivalent diploma in Library Science from recognized University / Institute or equivalent, obtained after graduation from a recognized university.
- Experience of two years in a Library or a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from a Government Institutions or a University.
- Post is purely temporary.
- Consolidated emolument in the range of Rs. 20,000 to 25,000/- p.m.
Desirable:
Master in Library Science
Experience of working in IITs/IISERs/IIMs/NITs system
